Description
|
The MULTIPULM project is a 48-month initiative aimed at improving the management of chronic respiratory diseases (CRDs) and multimorbidity in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), specifically Brazil, Serbia, and Türkiye. To address these challenges, MULTIPULM proposes an integrated digital-based care ecosystem to enhance secondary prevention and improve the quality of life (QoL) of patients. SHINE leads WP2 – Analysis of individual, inner, outer and procedural factors and implementation design and planning and will lead the tasks T6.4 – Policy Recomendations and roadmap for MULTIPULM implementation sustainability and way foward and T7.3 – Netowking and clustering activities. SHINE is also actively involved in WP4. |
