Description
|
Memorable aims to integrate art and culture to connect individuals with dementia to their communities, fostering inclusion and well-being. The project will develop a European Compendium of Dementia-Friendly Cultural Practices, a Curriculum and Training Manual, a E-Learning Platform, and a Policy Booklet. SHINE leads the development of the platform and is Sharing and Promotion Manager.
