Description

Culture on Prescription aimed to apply an adapted approach that combined culture and health promotion to reduce loneliness and social exclusion among vulnerable population groups. The project created a compendium of good practices, developed educational offers and created a learning platform. SHINE leaded the development of the digital platform. |
